Along with the plans we also complete all associated documents for domestic single & double storey extensions, annexes, granny flats, outbuildings, loft conversions and even new build projects.
We are interested in all types of planning requests nothing is too big or small. We will always give an honest opinion and help you to make the most of your planning application.
Should you have a commercial building requirement, we can also submit these applications and provide you with an introduction to a reputable commercial build company who we have worked closely alongside for a number of years.
My name is Stephen Burke and the founder of SPB Building Design, I have over 28 years’ experience in this field dealing with both Commercial and Domestic applications.
